By purchasing or downloading digital files from the www.crazyartist.net or gumroad.com/crazyartist website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
This is a legal agreement between you who have purchased a digital product with any of the present licenses (personal use, for a single end product, unlimited use) and Maria Gil /Crazy Artist, author of these digital products.
If you breach any of the items described in this license agreement, Crazy Artist reserves the right to immediately withdraw your license to use. Under the terms of this agreement, Crazy Artist grants you a non-exclusive (we may continue to sell the product to other customers), non-transferable (you may not provide or transfer your license to another person), worldwide right to use the product for the limited purposes described in this agreement.
*As this is a digital product, no returns or refunds will be made.
Granting of rights
- The licensed material is provided under the exclusive terms of the license purchased, in addition to the general terms that you can read in the following section. This allows you to use the digital product, but in no case, the authorship is transferred to you. Ownership remains with the author, Maria Gil.
The licensee has the right to use the licensed product under the exclusive terms of each license (see the terms of use of each license in the “Available Licenses” section).
The license rights of the licensed material are valid worldwide.
Unauthorized use of the product will result in immediate termination of your license.

Restrictions
These restrictions apply to all licenses available in the digital files of this website.
- The licensee may not sell, sublicense, transfer or rent the licensed material either to third parties or even to employees of the licensee’s company.
- The licensee may not sell, license or distribute any derivative or modified work based on the licensed material.
- Licensee may not post the Licensed Material online in downloadable form or allow it to be distributed.
- Licensee may not reproduce the Licensed Material in digital products for resale.
- Licensee may not reproduce the Licensed Material in physical products for resale.
- Licensee may not use the licensed product in a defamatory, obscene, degrading, or otherwise unlawful manner.
- Licensee may not use the Licensed Material to transfer it to third parties as services.
- Licensee may not make use of the licensed material to transfer it to third parties through the use of online services or networks. Remember that by making your download, Crazy Artist still retains authorship of the licensed material. All products on this website are copyrighted and may not be copied for the purpose of commercial gain without the consent of Crazy Artist.
- The digital product, whether the original or a derivative, may not be used or traded with it in NFT format.
- The use of the digital files in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) platform is prohibited.
Termination and Revocation
The license contained in this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Crazy Artist, if the licensee breaches any of the agreed points. If this occurs, the licensee must stop its use of the licensed material immediately and thereafter destroy the product, delete it from its computer and other devices such as hard drives, cloud uploads, etc. After deleting the files, please inform Crazy Artist via email [email protected]
Maria Gil / Crazy Artist reserves the right to revoke the license to use the licensed material for good cause and elect to replace the licensed material with alternative material. Upon notification of any such license revocation, the licensee shall cease use of the licensed material by removing the licensed material from its electronic devices or other sources where it is stored.
Available licenses
Personal Use
With the personal use license, you may use the licensed material under the following terms:
- You may share in different media, edit and create from the digital files, as long as you credit the author Crazy Artist. You may give attribution to the author by mentioning him/her on social media or by redirecting to www.crazyartist.net if you share in other media.
- You may not distribute or resell this product. Nor is this action allowed with products derived or modified from these files.
- This license is exclusively for non-profit projects, if you want to use the files for monetization purposes you must purchase one of the commercial licenses.
Commercial Use
With the license for unlimited use, you may use the licensed material under the following terms:
- This license grants you the right to use the licensed material to create various end products that incorporate the item and other things, so that each end product is larger in scope and different in nature than the item.
- You can create end products for yourself or for your customers. If you create an end product for a customer, this license is sublicensed to your customer only for use on that specific end product. This means that, your customer will be able to use the material within the end product under these license terms. Your customer may not extract or use the item individually or separately from the final product, you are responsible for communicating this to your customer and making them aware of this license agreement.
- You may make any number of copies of each deliverable. You may distribute an end product through various media and may broadcast it or make it available online to an unlimited number of viewers.
- You may modify or manipulate the article, or combine it with other works, to adapt it to your final product. Resulting works based on the article are subject to the terms of this license. You may not claim ownership of the article, either in its original or altered form under this clause.
- You may not use the item in any application that allows an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on-demand”, “made-to-order” or “buy it yourself” application.
- You may not claim trademark or service mark rights to the item within the final product.
